New Guns

After a couple of years of wanting a new gun, Scott finally got not one but two. Sportsman's Warehouse was having a sale so we figured we'd go.

He wanted a .22 just for fun. That was our plan. We went in and looked and found one Scott liked. A Browning .22 lever action.  While there, we talked to the saleman about a handgun to have while fishing for protection from bears. He told us that he just carries a 12 gauge with an 18" barrel and uses slugs. So we looked at barrels for Scott's shotgun. The barrels were just as expensive as a new shotgun so we opted for a whole gun instead of just a part of a gun. Hence, a Remington 870 with an 18" barrel.


Scott is really excited about his new toys and I'm excited for him. He never really asks for anything and I'm just excited to have a chance to spoil him because he always spoils me! Now all we need is a day with less wind. Then we could go shoot our new guns :)
